Q: Who should I refer to MomentFeed?
A: MomentFeed offers solutions that are ideal for multi-location consumer brands with more than 20 physical locations. We serve the following industries and are always adding new industries: Restaurants, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Financial Services.
Q: How do I receive qualified introduction rewards?
A: Once your referral has been vetted by our sales team as a good fit for MomentFeed, our sales team will try to book your referral for a demo. If your referral attends the demo, it is considered a Qualified Introduction.
Note: Your referral form submission has to be the reason the business decided to attend the demo, and the form has to be submitted no more than 60 days before the date of the MomentFeed demo.**
Q: When my referral becomes a customer how do I receive my MomentFeed Reward?
A: Once your referral becomes a New MomentFeed customer, you will receive a New MomentFeed Reward. This reward is a percentage of your referral’s first year annual spend with MomentFeed. With each New MomentFeed Reward you earn 5% of your referral's annual spend up to $5,000.*
Q: Is there a limit to how many referrals I can earn rewards on?
A: No limit, while there is a cap per referral of $5,000, there is no limit to how many rewards you can earn.

Q: Can I promote via social media?
A: As a participant in MomentFeed's referral programs, in the event you post or share information about MomentFeed or such programs via social media, you must disclose your material connection to MomentFeed and follow the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. The following hashtags should be used in all social media posts: #Sponsored, #MomentFeed_ReferralProgram.
