Nick helped orchestrate the successful sale of the company to Velocify partner and leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry, Ellie Mae.
A widely recognized thought leader on organization transformation, technologies, and sales strategies, Nick has held senior positions at Bain & Company, Accenture.com, and Ogilvy. He was named one of the 50 Most Influential People in Sales Lead Management.
A Fulbright Scholar, Hedges holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree with first-class honors from Manchester University.
Carey Bettencourt leads MomentFeed’s client success organizations.
Carey has more than 25 years of domestic and international experience in the software and consulting industries. Prior to joining MomentFeed, she was founder and managing partner of Propelus, a management consultancy. Prior to Propelus, Carey was Sr. VP of Customer Solutions at Accruent where she built and led the top-ranked professional services organization for three consecutive years according to the SPI Research Maturity benchmark, a firm she later joined as a managing director. Carey has also held leadership roles with market-leading software firms including Oracle, ChannelPoint (now Trizetto) and J.D. Edwards.
Carey has an economics degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

As CFO, Shaughnessy brings a diverse mix of corporate finance and merger & acquisitions experience to help propel the company to its next phase of growth. Prior to joining MomentFeed, Shaughnessy was CFO at LogicMonitor where he built a world-class finance operation and team which defined and drove the business to high growth on a profitable path, ultimately leading to the acquisition by Providence Strategic Growth and then Vista Equity Partners. He also spent more than a decade at Intel Corporation in core finance positions in the DataCenter Group and Intel Capital.
Jim has spent over twenty years leading Marketing, Sales and Business Development organizations for high growth global tech companies focused on local markets - Enterprise to SMBs - with four successful exits and a $3B turnaround under his belt in that time. At the front edge of modern marketing, Jim has won more than a dozen industry awards tied to branding, demand gen, revenue growth, tech stack mastery, and team diversity since 2015. Jim is a graduate of Princeton University, holds an MS - Marketing from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from George Washington University, where he also conducted doctoral work.
Avik has over sixteen years of experience leading Product and Engineering at web scale companies delivering innovative products to the market. He spearheaded the incubation of in-house market leading Cloud development at eBay ahead of today’s general-purpose cloud offerings proliferation. Avik led the productization of Big Data and Data Science/AI of the Hadoop ecosystem at Yahoo! and then at Intel successfully disrupting a duopoly in the space by providing an enterprise class offering that delivered industry leading flexibility and ease of use for clients. Avik has led multiple successful decomposition of monolithic product architecture to event driven microservices architecture bringing unprecedented ability to build and operate at partner networks scale delivering an experience that delights clients.
Kyle has spent the past decade helping enterprise clients leverage emerging digital technologies to improve customer experience and drive top-line growth.
Kyle joined MomentFeed after a brief stint in conversational AI, where he led business development, marketing and customer success efforts for San Francisco-based Series A-funded Augment Solutions. Prior to Augment, Kyle spent 6 years at Sprinklr where he helped steer the social media management company from a single digit client roster to a $1b+ valuation. In his time at Sprinklr, Kyle led and operationalized several business groups, including customer success and later their worldwide professional services offering, a group that spanned 150+ staff members across managed services, strategic consulting, education and implementation services. He also spearheaded the development of Sprinklr's partner services ecosystem, Sprinklr University, and built the global Center of Excellence responsible for client services GTM strategy and best practices for all customer-facing functions.
Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Spanish from the University of Kansas and a Master of Arts in English & American Literature from New York University.
Scott Walters leads the Talent function at MomentFeed and has 25 years of experience in both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources working in various industries including internet/high tech, health & fitness, automotive, entertainment, hospitality, and defense.
Prior to joining MomentFeed, Scott contributed to the growth of such notable companies as: ReachLocal, YP, Beachbody, eHarmony, Shopzilla.com, Application Signal Technology, Rand Corporation, and Toyota Motor Sales.
I enjoy discovering things previously unknown, whether it’s keeping on top of the latest trends, a road trip to an unvisited area, or researching my genealogy. Weekends are about cooking good food, good wine, and lots of laughs.
