A 20-year veteran of the Internet and software as a service (SaaS) industry, Nick comes to MomentFeed having been President and CEO of Velocify, the leading consumer sales acceleration platform. Nick helped orchestrate the successful sale of the company to Velocify partner and leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry, Ellie Mae.
A widely recognized thought leader on organization transformation, technologies, and sales strategies, Nick has held senior positions at Bain & Company, Accenture.com, and Ogilvy. He was named one of the 50 Most Influential People in Sales Lead Management.
A Fulbright Scholar, Hedges holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree with first-class honors from Manchester University.
As CFO, Shaughnessy brings a diverse mix of corporate finance and merger & acquisitions experience to help propel the company to its next phase of growth. Prior to joining MomentFeed, Shaughnessy was CFO at LogicMonitor where he built a world-class finance operation and team which defined and drove the business to high growth on a profitable path, ultimately leading to the acquisition by Providence Strategic Growth and then Vista Equity Partners. He also spent more than a decade at Intel Corporation in core finance positions in the DataCenter Group and Intel Capital.
Kyle has spent the past decade helping enterprise clients leverage emerging digital technologies to improve customer experience and drive top-line growth.
Kyle joined MomentFeed after a brief stint in conversational AI, where he led business development, marketing and customer success efforts for San Francisco-based Series A-funded Augment Solutions. Prior to Augment, Kyle spent 6 years at Sprinklr where he helped steer the social media management company from a single digit client roster to a $1b+ valuation. In his time at Sprinklr, Kyle led and operationalized several business groups, including customer success and later their worldwide professional services offering, a group that spanned 150+ staff members across managed services, strategic consulting, education and implementation services. He also spearheaded the development of Sprinklr's partner services ecosystem, Sprinklr University, and built the global Center of Excellence responsible for client services GTM strategy and best practices for all customer-facing functions.
Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Spanish from the University of Kansas and a Master of Arts in English & American Literature from New York University.
