MomentFeed, the leader in mobile consumer experience management for multi-location brands, announced that Kyle Koch has joined the company as Global Vice President of Client Success.

In this capacity, he will oversee the company’s client success management, training and professional services functions, helping MomentFeed clients enhance their mobile customer experience through accelerated time to value and product adoption.
Prior to joining MomentFeed, Kyle served as Associate Vice President at Sprinklr. During his six-year tenure, he led the development of the organization’s Client Success and World Wide Professional Services functions and designed the global Center of Excellence focused on value acceleration and outcome-based delivery design.
